”We focus on using the tried-and-true method of cooking low and slow to get those full flavors and authentic BBQ taste. With our Ole Hickory wood burning smoker in our building and on our trailer that’s not a problem for us! We have limited days we are open throughout the week at our building for carry-out service and pre-orders. Check out our Facebook page for weekly hours. Get it before its gone!”
