Brass Kitchen is a family owned and operated mobile food trailer and catering company started by Mick and Jodie Braskich in 2016. The food trailer was custom built in Petoskey, MI by Mick’s uncle Chuck Kalbfliesch. The trailer specializes in gourmet sandwiches and sides. The menu is always evolving, and features a variety of house cured and smoked meats, pickles, and sauces. We offer catering for all occasions including weddings, grad parties, and corporate events. Options include food trailer rental, drop off or pick up, and buffet service. We offer a wide variety of food options and can customize menus based on your event. Our goal is to build lasting clients by simply serving good food, made with locally sourced ingredients, and maintaining the highest level of customer service.
