Vegan Nova Tacos started in 2019 by Stephanie Coolidge. We quickly moved on to catering, vending and special events. We are 100% vegan/plant based business.

​We features fresh, colorful, beautifully plated dishes, with an emphasis on keeping food in its whole form. Vegan Nova specializes in transforming traditionally non-vegan favorites, into vegan-friendly delicious dishes.

​Our mission is to help create a world where we eat delicious food by using use amazing plant-base products that provide maximum benefit and have minimum impact on the planet.
